2024 Basketball Camp Registration

  Frassati Catholic Summer Basketball Camp is directed by Coach Meredith, Director of Athletics and Former Head Boys Basketball Coach at Frassati Catholic High School. Coach Meredith has 18 years of high school and middle school coaching experience. Coach Meredith has been involved with more than 30 basketball camps in the last 20 years.
  
  The goal of the Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp is to provide an opportunity for students to discover more about the game of basketball and to teach valuable skills that will help players with all levels of experience as they continue playing the sport. An important focus of the camp is to teach and encourage proper technique and form rather than focus on immediate results. In order to help students feel comfortable using proper techniques, we will use age appropriate basket heights and ball sizes.
  
  Many aspects of the game will be taught including shooting, passing, dribbling, screening, defense, and team offensive concepts. Instruction will be more basic for beginners and younger students and will be more in depth and advanced for the older and more experienced groups.
  
  Boys & Girls Grades 2 - 5 (2024-25 school year) from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  
  Boys & Girls Grades 6 - 8 (2024-25 school year) from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  
  All sessions feature a structured daily schedule including games, contests, drills, and instruction.

  Certified Trainer on site provided by Memorial Hermann

  RELEASE AND WAIVER
  In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, by signing below I give consent for my child to participate in the Basketball Camp to be held at Frassati Catholic High School in 2024. I hereby certify that he / she is physically capable of participating and I realize that there are risks involved in participating in the camp. I understand that basketball is a contact sport and my child may suffer injuries as a result of participating in the Frassati Catholic High School Basketball Camp, including personal injury, permanent disability, or death. Knowing and assuming all risks involved, known and unknown, and in consideration of my child being allowed to participate, by signing below, I, on my behalf and that of my child, our heirs, administrators and executors, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, release and agree to hold harmless Frassati Catholic High School, and all persons or entities associated with Frassati Catholic High School and Frassati Catholic High School Basketball Camp from any negligence, responsibility and/or liability for any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, causes of action, and expenses arising out of or resulting from my child's participation in and involvement with this camp and program, including personal injury, disability, or property damage that may be incurred throughout the duration of this camp.
  In the event of a serious medical emergency, I hereby consent to and authorize treatment for my child by medical personnel until I can be contacted.
  After reading this release, I fully understand and accept all conditions as outlined for permitting my child to participate in this summer camp.
