QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally in education or nonprofit settings.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools; ability to learn new software as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive daily administrative support to the Principal and Dean of Academics, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Schedule and take minutes for key meetings, including faculty meetings, academic committee meetings, and faculty and staff discussions.
- Assist with planning and executing school events, academic programs, and special projects as directed by the Principal and Dean.
- Support academic and operational initiatives, including coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
- Facilitate teacher observations, student meetings, and other academic-related appointments for the Dean of Academics.
- Organize and maintain records as appropriate
- Draft correspondence on a variety of matters requiring an in-depth understanding of educational programs, as well as school policies and procedures
- Manage office and kitchen supplies, process purchase orders, and ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Provides backup and assistance to receptionist and registrar as required
- Knowledgeable and supportive in word and action of the school's mission, vision and educational philosophy

Frassati Catholic High School seeks a Computer Science teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Courses will include Computer Applications, Programming and Coding, Web Design, and AP Computer Science.

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program

• Knowledge of health appraisal to identify student health defects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide high-quality nursing care for students and faculty during the school day.
• Notify parents and secure medical care for students in emergency cases.
• Administer medications following applicable policy and procedures.
• Perform screening procedures as required by health authorities and district policy.
• Make necessary referrals and communicate regularly with the principal and dean of students.
• Offer health information and conduct in-service programs for students, parents, and faculty.
• Manage school health records in compliance with Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Department (TCCB-ED) requirements.
• Act as a liaison between home, school, community health agencies, and the private medical sector.
• Communicate with administrators, teachers, staff, and families to address health and safety needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of school health policies.
• Support student health curriculum with the physical education department.
• Compile, maintain, and file required reports, records, and documents, including clinic records.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for the clinic inventory.
• Report potential health and safety hazards promptly to the principal, facilities manager or dean of students.

Frassati Catholic High School is a co-educational, college-preparatory high school administered by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (Nashville Dominicans). Frassati Catholic opened in 2013 with 46 freshmen and now serves a student body of over 350 students in grades 9-12.
