Falcon Athletics Summer Training
A unique program designed to serve all Frassati Falcons, to make you a better athlete, and to make us a better team.
FAST is a summer training program that runs throughout June and July.
Enrolled Frassati Catholic students can sign up for the entire program and can come to those sessions that work for their schedule over the summer!
**all athletes will need a current sports physical in order to participate!!
Where: Frassati Catholic High School Gym, Field, and Weight RoomDates: Monday-Thursday, June 10-July 25 (NO workouts July 1-4)
UPDATE- NO FAST sessions on Thursday July 11. FAST will start up again as normal on Monday July 15.
Every Monday and Wednesday, 9-11:15am, will focus on speed, strength, and agility training. Athletes will rotate through indoor and outdoor stations featuring jump training, agility ladders, weight training, sprint workouts, and more. Great for athletes of any sport, or for any Frassati student who wants to get a great workout! Wear indoor shoes, no cleats, on M/W.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, times below, will focus on sports-specific skills sessions, led by Frassati coaches. Come to one, two, or as many sessions per day as you like! This is a great chance for athletes to work with their coaches and teammates all summer, meet the new freshmen, and start team bonding! Wear shoes appropriate for your sport on T/Th.
Cross Country: 7-8:30am (Frassati field)
Boys and Girls Soccer: 8-9:30 (Frassati field)
Football: 10-11:30am (Frassati field/weight room)
Softball: 9-10:30am (Frassati field/gym- bring indoor and outdoor shoes)
Baseball: 9-10:30am (Rothwood field-22430 Rothwood Rd, Spring, TX 77389)
Volleyball: 11-12:30pm (Frassati gym- no session July 25 for All American Volleyball)
Girls Basketball: 1-2:30pm (Frassati gym- no session July 25 for All American Volleyball)
Boys Basketball: NEW TIME 3:30-5pm (Frassati gym- no session July 25 for All American Volleyball)
**Athletes may wait at school for up to 30 minutes between sessions, but should leave campus for longer waits.
*** Sports sessions will need at least 4 registrants in order to run. Sessions with fewer than 4 will be canceled, and participants notified after the first week.
Two sports overlap? No problem! Our coaches are happy to work with you. We love multi-sport athletes!

Athletes should bring a gallon jug of water every day.
