TAPPS Management System (TMS) Information

TMS (TAPPS Management System) is the NEW information management system for TAPPS (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools). Frassati Catholic High School will use this platform for the entire student body, as a means to store medical exam & medical history forms, as well as concussion & cardiac arrest attestations. TMS is FERPA, PPRA and HIPAA compliant.
The requirement for all new students and all athletes to have a current physical on file remains, but the manner in which we will collect those physicals will change. TAPPS has told us that the TMS platform will be ready for use in mid-July. We will share information about it as soon as we receive it. Families needing to submit a physical for FAST should have their student bring a hard copy to our trainer. Otherwise, no immediate action is needed from you!
Families will no longer need or have access to Rank One profiles starting July 1. We have downloaded all physicals that have already been submitted to Rank One this year, so those families should not need to re-submit those forms. TMS will replace all the functions of Rank One.
The Athletics office will learn all about the TMS system during the second week of July, and will be able to send information to you all about how to get started with the new platform during the second half of July. We appreciate your patience with us as we work through these changes! All families will be asked to create a new student profile in TMS, and to digitally sign the usual forms (Athletics Handbook, Transportation Form, and Acknowledgement of TAPPS Rules) in the platform, similar to the way it worked in Rank One.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. The Athletics staff is committed to working with all of our families to make this transition as smooth as possible. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
