The Frassati Catholic High School Board of Trustees has set the tuition and general fees at $22,100 per student for the 2023-2024 school year. The base tuition is $20,400 with $1,700 in general fees consisting of: $500 technology, $300 registration/re-registration, $250 student activities, and new this year, a $650 Textbook fee. Enrollment at Frassati Catholic High School is understood to be for the full year. Tuition is non-refundable except for specific circumstances outlined below.
For new families, a non-refundable $700 deposit (=$300 registration, $400 tuition deposit) payment is due by 4/3/2024 to reserve your student’s place in class.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All remaining tuition and fees in either scenario is payable:
1. annually, due on June 1, 2024 - 2% tuition discount applied (Not applicable if also receiving financial aid.),
2. annually, due on July 1, 2024,
3. semi-annually, due on July 1, 2024, and December 1, 2024,
4. ten (10) monthly payments, due on the first of each month from July 1, 2024, to April 1, 2025

There are some fees that are specific to a student’s situation.
Enrollment is completed through Frassati Catholic High School's School Admin Portal. Parents must submit the Financial Contract form with their deposit of $700/new student student or $300/returning student in order to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year and all families must enroll with Blackbaud Tuition for tuition payments.
Blackbaud Tuition processes and collects tuition and most fees. Blackbaud’s own enrollment fee is up to $50 per family depending on the plan you enroll in. A convenience fee is added by Blackbaud to any credit and debit card payments. Late charges, NSF, and follow-up fees are each $40 and are deducted from your payments before tuition payments. It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that all financial obligations to the school must be kept current in order for the student to continue at Frassati Catholic High School, for documents to be released (grades, transcripts and online access to grades).
If a student withdraws from Frassati Catholic High School, a partial tuition refund will be granted only at the school’s discretion in the case of (a) a student’s extended illness, (b) a military or job transfer of the student's family from the Houston area, or (c) withdrawals requested by Frassati Catholic High School. The tuition in these limited circumstances will be prorated by the number of days remaining in the academic year at the time of withdrawal less 25% for any remaining time.
Tuition balance refunds for withdrawals other than the reasons listed above will not be granted. Frassati Catholic High School reserves the right to enforce collection of any unpaid tuition and/or fees and reserves the right whether to waive outstanding or future payment balances. A student’s account must be current before re-enrollment and before records and transcripts will be released.
We will continue offerings a tuition discount of 2% (not applicable to those receiving financial aid) to those who pay the entire tuition and general fees balance by check or cash before June 1, 2024 to the Accounting Office.
2nd Student in the same family discount = $3,000 (discount applies only to tuition)

The tuition assistance program at Frassati Catholic High School provides financial assistance to students based on a family's demonstrated financial need. The determination of need is based on a standard application process that requires applicants to submit specific financial data through Blackbaud Aid who provides Frassati Catholic with objective information regarding a family’s financial need. The application form may be completed online and is due by January 31, 2024. This financial information is evaluated by a Tuition Assistance Committee who will determine all grants. Frassati Catholic's school code is 12843.
The goal for offering tuition assistance is that no student be deterred from applying to Frassati Catholic because of financial reasons. Parents who anticipate a need for tuition assistance are encouraged to apply for aid on behalf of their child.
A financial assistance award is valid for the year indicated on the award letter, and awards may or may not be renewed subject to the parents’ submission of an annual financial statements and the students maintaining sound academic and high citizenship standards that are expected. Funds are not reserved for families who do not follow the standard tuition assistance application process or who do not meet the stated deadlines. Should a family receive an external scholarship, award or financial aid from an external source, their award from Frassati Catholic High School will be reduced proportionally.
Tuition assistance and admission decisions are made separately from and independently of each other.
